Yes.  Roverlog needs updating.  Further research shows that the
"START-OF-LOG: 2.0"  line entry refers to Cabrillo Ver 2.0.  I edited
_that_ line, too, in my re-submission: :START-OF-LOG: 3.0"

It still is worrisome that the contest robot warned me about the "JUNE"
on my "CONTEST: ARRL-VHF-JUN" line, but never spoke up about the bogus
"CATEGORY:" line, nor the out-of-date "START-OF-LOG: 2.0".
