They have me as "FIXED" -- not "ROVER-LIMITED".
And, I believe I faithfully followed Sean E. Kutzko's, KX9X,
instructions at:
http://www.arrl.org/blog/Notes%20From%20The%20Contest%20Branch
in the June 18th article titled "June VHF and Rovers: Getting Your
Contest Rover Category Correct in Cabrillo".
