The more I think about this, the more I like it.  But let's drop the 
time factor (you'll be there in a grid long enough someone will show up 
on frequency if you call for a bit), and just "dedicate" a frequency to 
rover use... of course, then I'll say that and I'll tune off of it if I 
can't find anyone...

But at least it would give an "anchor point" for finding the rovers.

Eric, Duffey, other rovers...?  You guys like the idea?

What are the disadvantages?
